Shipping
All in-stock orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 days via Canada Post or Fedex (a tracking number will be provided).
Exchange/Store Credit

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit.
Your 15 day period starts the day you receive your item.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please email thedopehippieshop@gmail.com prior to sending your items back to the below address to notify us of an exchange/store credit request.
Once the item(s) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange/store credit.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a replacement item on exchange will be sent or a store credit will issued to your account. Original shipping charges will not be credited.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged.
Sale, Clearance and items are final sale unless approved for exchange.
Any Buy one Get One Discount Code items are final sale. If an exception is made, the store credit will be for half of value of the item or the free item(s) must be returned as well.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
